We love our organic beauty products. We love the smells, we love beautiful packaging and we love testing as many products as possible. Luckily for us, there seems to be a continuous supply of new brands, new formulations, re-branded ranges and unique ways of mixing ingredients. Unfortunately for customers this can become a daunting buying experience and all too often we are simply asked, 'What would you recommend.' Mostly, we tailor-make our recommendations according to people's skin types, sensitivities, allergies, age, their daily routine, whether they like the smell or feel of certain things, but there are also simple answers: 'This one works the best, it smells gorgeous and it's completely natural!' It is a few of those basic, everyday products that we'd like to recommend here. The list changes regularly, we're not always that faithful; even when we find a fantastic shower gel, our senses do tend to wander onto the next shelf!
Jurlique Replenishing Foaming Cleanser - I fell in love with this product straight after I used it. I have combination/dry skin so a cleanser to me is everything. Even though it's a foaming cleanser it still is moisturizing and has a slightly creamy texture. Perfect for anyone who prefers a foaming cleanser but has dry skin.
Medium Aloe Vera Cream by Santaverde - I love this product. This moisturizer helps to clear any redness in the skin and never makes my face feel greasy. Such a beautiful cream and easy to put makeup on straight after. I use this day and night.
Ylang-Ylang Incensa Body Wash By Bodhi - My ultimate favourite body wash. So foamy, feels great on my skin and the smell is just to die for. Great for my dry skin.
Invisible Pores Detox Mask by Ren - My favourite face mask at Amarya. A clay mask which helps to reduce the size of pores and blackheads.
Tea Tree and Herb Shampoo by Essential Care - Great for shine and itchy scalp. Nothing better than a little bit of tea tree!
Mascara by Dr. Hauschka - Black - Gives your eyelashes a natural fluttery look, perfect volume and eyelash separation.
Lipgloss Rose Ubud 302 by Terre D'Oc - Classic soft pink almost clear lip gloss with a beautiful shine. Not sticky and a suitable shade for daytime and night time. A handbag must have!
Mineral Foundation - Unity By Inika - Possibly the best mineral foundation around. Believe it or not but the Inika mineral foundation is actually a concealer, foundation and powder all in one! Decreases shine and provides photo finish looking skin. The more you buff the foundation, the more matte your skin will look.
Soft Eyeliner by Lavera - Black- Easy to apply eyeliner, with a sponge blender built in that helps to create different looks quickly. Suitable for anyone with sensitive eyes.
Powder Eye Shadow Beige Nacre 502 by Terre D'Oc- A light eyeshadow with the perfect every day natural shimmery look. Doesn’t go oily and stays on the eyes very well. Perfect for a base, or an all over shadow.
Emme Nail Polish By Zoya - The perfect pink! Such a girly colour but it's really become my favourite!
Bodhi's Mint The Shower Gel: I love the refreshing scent that you get each time you shower with this, a real perk up in the mornings. this shower gel also foams up to give a lovely lather.
Zoya Loredana Nail Polish: This is the first matte nail varnish I've tried that actually lasts more than a day or two. It gives a very modern look that matches most outfits.
John Master's Lavender & Avocado Intensive Repair Conditioner: This is great for my highlighted hair, I use it once or twice a week to keep it in good condition.
Neom Refresh Candle: This candle make my home smell lovely, everybody comments on it when i have it burning. It's very fresh and uplifting, so great for entertaining.
REN AHA Resurfacing Concentrate: This is probably my ultimate favourite products ever!! It really does work to leave the skin with an amazing complexion, it feels really soft and definitely looks younger.
Santaverde Hydro Repair Gel: I wouldn't be without this in my morning routine, a little bit mixed in with my day cream leaves my skin feeling moisturised all day.
Baby Cow Organics Gift Set by Cowshed: I adore this gift set, Floyd the sponge is so adorable that I want one for myself! This is the gift I shall be giving to any expectant friends and family members from now on!
Horny Cow Seductive Body Lotion by Cowshed: Of course, even though I love Floyd, back to the grown up world, my favourite of the cowshed scents is the 'Horny Cow' range, with rose, patchouli and cinnamon . It has a lovely delicate and warming scent.
Essential Care Lip Balm: A handbag must have. Hydrates the lips without feeling sticky. I only need to apply once or twice a day too.

Terre d'Oc Mascara: This is quite an intense mascara, you only have to apply it once and it lasts all day! It's also great for sensitive/tired eyes.
Inika's Mineral Foundation (Nurture) is quick and easy to use, giving ample coverage with a natural finish. No streaky orange lines or a heavy feeling on your face.
Xingu Prevention Cream: This is certainly my one luxury item, yet it's become a must-have! Very rarely do I notice any significant changes when trying moisturisers, but even after a couple of days, the Xingu cream made a difference. Skin is left much smoother and looks 'renewed'. Just what you need when you're steadily heading towards your 40s! Plus, it smells beautiful!
Dr Hauschka Regenerating Eye Cream: I normally use Dr Hauschka's Daily Revitalising Eye Cream, but I felt it was time to switch to something a little 'stronger'. The cream is really light (so no puffiness!), soaks in beautifully and the eye area certainly feels smoother.
Dr Hauschka Cleansing Clay Mask: During the week my skincare routine is a rather hurried affair, so I do try and make time for some extra tlc on the weekend and this mask is perfect. Skin feels super smooth and thoroughly 'clean' afterwards.
Trilogy Everything Balm: It really is great for everything, but best of all it's one of the few products that help my son's eczema.
Iroisie Gentle Face and Eye Cleanser Gel: This brand is new to Amarya and we're working our way through the range. This cleansing gel is an absolute must for anyone who loves washes/gels rather than cleansing milks or creams. It takes off all makeup, leaves skin feeling super clean, yet it isn't in the least drying. The smell is light and fresh and all around I'm really impressed!
Zoya Nail Polish - Malia. A little daring for me, but I love it!
Caudalie Divine Oil: The scent truly is 'divine' and there was a sublte hint of it throughout the whole day. Absolutely beautiful!
Madara Herbal Deodorant - lasts all day. Simply the best I've ever tried.
John Masters Evening Primrose Shampoo. Say goodbye to frizzy hair. This shampoo moisturises, adds shine and leaves hair feeling silky. Quite a feat when facing the Manchester drizzle combined with naturally dry hair on a daily basis!
