Smooth onto the skin after toning with upwards strokes. Use on the face and the neck. Use in conjunction with Facial Balm or Ocha and Rosehip moisturiser in the day time to acheive optimal results. The Balm does not have to be used every evening, we would advise that one night a week you apply nothing after the toner at night to allow the skin to breath and restore on its own.
